  • 1 l of red wine
  • 1 nip of liquer triple sec
  • 2 nips of gin
  • 2 nips of whisky
  • 2 tbsp of sugar
  • 3 peaches, cut in small pieces
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • juice of 1/2 orange
  • 1/2 lemon, sliced
  • 1/2 orange, sliced
  • 1 water-glass of orange drink

Procedure

Sangria is a trade mark of Spain, known, though, all over the world. There're a lot of "sangria-like" drinks, but only one truly authentic. The one that Hungry Bear tried during one of its trips to Iberia.

Put in a big bowl sugar, wine, triple sec, gin, whisky, orange juice, lemon juice and orange drink Stir till the sugar melts. Add the slices and the pieces of fruit. Leave for 5-6 hours in the fridge till it's frozen and the fruit leave their smell. Serve with ice and add pieces of fruit into each glass. You can drink it before or after the meal. Attention! You won't know, but it's rather strong. Cheers!
