for 1 medium baking pan:
for the icing:
Bolt flour and cacao to make the cake more fluffy. In a bowl put flour, sugar, cacao, soda, vanillas, little salt and stir with your hand or with a spoon evenly. Then add into the bowl water, vinegar, sunflower oil and beat the ingredients with mixer till it's smooth. Once the mixture is ready, put it into a baking pan (without oiling or flouring it) and bake it in the oven for 1 hour at 180 C. While the cake is being baked, make the icing.
Combine in a bowl sugar with cacao. In a small pot heat butter and add water. Once the butter melts, add cognac, stir and then add the contents of the bowl. Stir well once again, and the icing is ready. In the end powder with some truffle. Once it's cold, serve.
