that will make your children see the whole process with another eye.

You can buy coloured paper plates and let our young friends make their own table. Take it for granted, this process will attract their attention and increase their interest.

After the meal, let them take the cutlery by themselves to the kitchen's sink and throw away all the leftovers. In fewer words, place them into the 'game'.

It is very important to let them, some days, create the menu. Ask your children what they would like to eat for instance?

Just by stating their opinions and preferences and asking you for a specific food, it is guaranteed that they will finish their whole portions.

Give emphasis on the colours and textures of food. On the red colour of the tomato, on the orange colour of the carrot, on the green colour of the avocado, on the ticklish surface of the broccoli and generally let them play around with the raw ingredients, let them touch them and let them create a more personal relationship with them, before they are cooked and ready to eat.

Let them serve their brother or sister and pretend to be owners of a restaurant having the responsibility of the food. These and many more that you might think of are easy tricks that can attract them closer to food and can make feeding an enjoyable game!
